The the new Harry Potter theme park in Orlando , called the Wizarding World of Harry Potter will be officiallly thrown open by Universal Studios to the general public on the 18th of June 2010.

The theme park is a much sought after place for Harry Potter fans of all ages. The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter will include a village based on J.K. Rowling’s bestselling book series; the Hogwarts castle, which will take guests through the Forbidden Journey ride which moves through the dungeon level of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Guests can also take a Dragon Challenge, Flight of the Hippogriff and see the Hogwarts Express train, in addition to Zonko’s, Honeydukes, Ollivander’s, Three Broomsticks restaurant and a host of other Potter surprises.

Coopers Beach in Southampton, New York has topped the annual list of top 10 beaches in USA 2010.

Dr. Stephen Leatherman aka Dr. Beach, director of Florida International University’s Laboratory for Coastal Research, crowned Coopers Beach in Southampton, New York as the best beach in USA. The list also included Siesta Beach in Sarasota and Cape Florida State Park in Key Biscayne.

Coopers Beach in Southampton, New York, on the east end of Long Island was voted the best beach thanks to its pristine white sands, it’s gentle waves, convenient parking and amenities, thereby making it a paradise for people.

JetBlue will be offering one-way tickets for $10 in celebration of their tenth anniversary. However, this sale is permitted only on flights starting in the United States on May 11 and 12. So you will need to make sure that you go ahead and book the tickets online today.

Something that needs to be noted is that there are a few routes which are not available, such as Washington, D.C., to Orlando, or New York to Portland, Ore. The good news is that there are $10 flights from New York to Los Angeles, and from Boston to Las Vegas. (NY Times)

According to USA Today : “And, even though JetBlue says its sale applies only to U.S.-originating flight, a New York-Bogota round-trip (via Orlando) was pricing at $38 round-trip ($153.70 with taxes and fees) for a Tuesday-Wednesday itinerary.”

Remember that unless you depart on Tuesday and return on Wednesday, the money you will be paying for the return flight will be normally priced.
